

So after the third vehicle but I assume that the car in front of me was waiting for someone to come out of the dispensary.

So I'm sitting in line in my car behind another vehicle and I was waiting there for literally like 5 minutes. The girls in the front that check you in belittle you and talk to you like you're a child.Anyone that's been to harvest in Chandler already knows that the parking lot is very small. Butt Harvest hoc Chandler has the worst customer service. However, I pass 4 or 5 dispensaries on the way to their store and I'm sure I'll like my next dispensary just as well as Harvest. It's unfortunate, because their new store is very close to me. Trust me, $10-$15 means very little to me these days, but just as a courtesy you would think they would offer to replace it being that it was an obvious product defect. The manager is a very nice young man and he tried to explain the company's policy, but in my opinion, it's a stupid policy. It is their store policy not to return it after 14 days, but the problem took longer than that to show up. They didn't offer a solution other than to sell me an new one. So I tried to return it to the store but, believe it or not, they wouldn't exchange it, refund the money or even offer a store credit. It was wicked and I coughed my guts out for the whole evening. But apparently that doesn't count for anything because I purchased a EVOLAB vapor pen battery from them about 6 weeks ago from their new store in Gilbert but had a problem with the button sticking and discharging the battery and caused the vapor to combust while I was inhaling. I've been a pretty good customer of Harvest of Tempe and Chandler for about 4 years, spending easily over $1,000 annually. Very disappointing! I will drive by this dispensary in the future to the other dispensary in Gilbert. The store is definitely aware of the misinformation on their website. I went to the store and was advised politely the store just ran out of inventory! I explained to her what my experience had been that week. I said to myself the store just got a supply in inventory just before the weekend. Today on the store website they are advertising the availability of the "strain" they told me several days ago they just sold out! Today advertisement said the website was updated just 5 minutes ago. The product purchased was okay!This review is a day after submitting my first review. It will not be my first choice in the future. I made a purchase and the cost of doing business here will be expensive. Clerk was courteous and aware that the "strains" being advertised was not in stock. The store advertised "strains" on the internet that were not in stock! I was disappointed. It was 9am and the front door was locked? Receptionist was very courteous and professional.
